WHISPER A NOISE

www.facebook.com/WRRPoetry [Whisper A Noise]

An earache within serenity
Driving me wild to reconsider
Earplug or get accustomed
To the endless monotonous routine

To listen, I need to lip read
Sight seeing limited to split seconds
Drives restricted by inner urge
Such a voice, a whisper of noise

A bee queen in an anthill
No uphill tasks can turn it home
My companion the only solace
In this downhill path to obscurity

A whisper so deafening
My ear vibrated by its echoes
Empty vase makes loudest noise
So my mind echoes the stillness
