In one of my very loose wanderings
I crawled into what I felt was my past
Through the forbidden path of lust

I mended crest with fallen when I beheld
The city gate of violence and carnage
Built with flickers of melancholic metals

I perceived from afar, treachery and mayhem
Beyond the heavy walls of my sight hood
Despondent crew of whores and slayers lavished

I shall feed my own flesh to the dogs and pigs
If it means waving goodbye to my past
And tread towards the beginning of my future

But I stand as a child of summer, expecting
The dreadful days of winter, they say, is coming
Even the finality of death will not end the torments of the time

A firm pillar will never succumb to the waft of storm
Nor will a rat ever bow to the queen of termites
I dare say; let the worst years come!
