Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
Has it not been told you from the beginning?
He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth
And its people are like grasshoppers

The Lord has no equal!
Who else has held the oceans in his hand?
Who else knows the weight of the earth?
He who illuminates the darken part of my life
He who changes weather and time

Your love makes me smile until I hurt my face
Ink on paper I’ll write until my last push of air
If the ink and paper fails to cooperate
Blood will turn ink and flesh will turn paper
For your love and presence must be written

In the beginning you waited for me
I came late, but you pardoned me
I embraced sin, yet you died for me
Took me by the hand and showed me the way
At the end, spotless I will be up above
