A poor man met that king!
“Tell your need to me soon”
The wise King told to that man!
“I expect a huge area of land.
I want to be a big landlord”,
To the king the poor man told.
A truth the king wanted to find!
“Run as much as you can:
I will give you all that land”,
The king said to that poor man.
The poor man ran for a long span!
So long that poor man ran,
Without having even a bun,
That in the end he felt down:
The king saw he was dead!
“Now he needs six feet of land!
He was asking so much of land!”,
That King said.” This golden word,
Let this be a lesson to the world!
