Read Time:38 Second
I ask
Should I shut my eyes,
to all these light in space
and retreat to your restrain?
Save my roving eyes go astray
upon earths art, offered partly
on innocent streets lit with skin
and hues of spandex samplings,
in mindful display of itinerant art
illuminating cores in body wraps.
I ask again
Should I shut my eyes?
To this new entreating art
modelled for trespass stare;
when I put no knife to cotton,
when I murdered not infamy!
Cosmos will yet cast its light low;
cotton will yet lack from clothing’s,
like shades of spandex transform still,
even if I shut my eyes for your see, alone!
