And the pardoner is unwilling to punish the unpardoned,
Then it’s either the pardoner is unreasonable in his pardoning;
Or the pardoned has bribed his way into the pardoner’s heart.

When the questionable is not questioned
And the questioner is unwilling to question the questionable;
Then it’s either the question is too hard for the questionable
Or the questioner shares identical feathers with the questionable.

When the penalisable becomes unpenalised
And the penaliser is unwilling to penalise the penalisable,
Then it’s either the penalisable is too strong for the penaliser,
Or the penaliser is the penalisable’s accomplice.
