Please help me!
Help me recover my Valentine from the sea
That I might give it a befitting burial,
A one in town funeral

Of what use is valentine
When a friend’s life is on the line
He lies inside
With no one by his bed side
No one cares if he lives or dies
Because he has HIV/AIDS

Of what use is that day
“May it never come,” I pray
For more lads and maids
Shall be trapped by HIV/AIDS

Of what use is it
When within a minute
Of man’s insensitivity
A moment of his inability
To put hormones under control
His name is Death’s roll

Beware AIDS is real
It kills at will
Spread the news, not the virus
Sim along with me the chorus;
Stigmatization is not prevention
Discrimination is not a solution
