LONG AWAITED DAY: by Benjamin Elemide

Read Time:31 Second

Tell crusaders of lies the truths
They never wished to hear from mouths:
Lies wont sell, buyers broke to pay,
On that day; long awaited day.

None is present at grave moments
Of privy pleasures, but black dents:
Shadows of all shall the truth say,
On that day; long awaited day.

Lawyers found with flaw of the law,
Preachers condemned, teachers the more,
Of pretence: mouth shall speak its way,
On that day; long awaited day.

Lames shall confess where to they walked,
Blinds, what they saw, dumbs, all they talked,
Deaf, what they heard, just like a play,
On that day; long awaited day.
