Dirty hands that kill
but never get punished,
Hot seats that keep us fighting
like dogs over a bone
They dine like the biblical rich fool
While we feed on crumbs
At home jobless without happiness
Hopelessly dead; gloomily alive
Who to blame when living doesn’t favour
those who do not wield the sceptre?
Promises are made but never kept
Will speak my scars
Restrain me not lest I be slaughtered
for the cause of the greedy and treacherous
Haggard looking children
Impoverished malnourished workers
Cheated dejected afflicted masses
Oppressed repressed depressed citizens
Unjust society of civilised robbers
With kleptomaniac fingers
Looting the economy
And deforming the anatomy of the nation
Judgement just boarded the vehicle of justice
Ring the bell of revolution
