I AM A BLACK MAN by El Sane Ken Silencer

Read Time:24 Second

Living in a modern
world, full of colours
Chameleon,
it’s odour!

Hidden
I have merengue
my tongue
to be modern

‘Good morning!’
I have learnt saying
this at the wake
of every dawn

But what has not
become
my part
and my blood

is taking my
slippers in
my foot along to my
bed, because I’m a black man.
