A hen pecker for a bride
All i see is her pride
Come this day she will be mine
A hen pecker for a bride
At a price did i pay
On an alter was she trade
To be mine till life ends.
A hen pecker in my home
With her beak boring hole
In my heart sowing pain
like a tap dripping rain.
A hen pecker on my neck
Lyk a yoke on a bull.
Aboard our ship complain wreck
Like a storm;losing pull
A hen pecker in my home
All she bears are my flaws
All i dread is her voice lyk a volcano spitting molten
A hen pecker as my bride
All i see is a bogey
Curse the oath that i took
Lord i wish to be free.
A henpecker as my wife
Lyk a leech sucking life
All i wish she would sleep
For therein my sorrow ends.
A hen pecker as my mate
Bound to her till the night.
When the moon loses its spell
In earth roots we will both lie.
