He squeezed God
into a bottle of oil
and cried out
for purchase.
“Man of God,
How much is the bottle
that houses God
and the oil therewith
that polish his skin?”
“I need a bottle
for favour and for blessing;
for prosperity and for good life.”
God,
in my room
on the table
in a bottle;
soaked in oil.
I looked at him
and blinked.
He smiled at me
and gleamed
as I took the bottle
ready for sprinkling
