Read Time:45 Second
Some are happy to die,
To go to see God and there lie.
Their home is a solemn haven,
Ours is a dream to live right for heaven,
But the passage we courageously fear,
And to be buried is a fate we don’t dare.
I’ve known many who don’t pray to die,
And some who desire never to say goodbye,
Satan’s servants, who the Devil live to worship,
Seeking to own the world, hating God’s discipleship.
The grave is not so far anymore,
It’s not a place so dry and bore
So long as my soul is lifted
To kiss the feet of Him that was wounded,
And to serve my Lord and Saviour.
Death is not a disaster but a venture.
