CHIJIOJE AMU NNADI’s poems in ‘THROUGH THE WINDOW OF A SAND CASTLE’ show he is a melancholic and thoroughly descriptive writer.
I enjoyed his use of words to describe events and emotions in the book.
Amu Nnadi is so good, you could taste the emotion of his words you read the poems.
In ‘THROUGH THE WINDOW OF A SAND CASTLE’ he wrote vastly about love (in relation to nature), romance, and poetry itself.
I especially loved the poem he wrote for his father, very beautiful. Words can’t say enough.
What I loved the most about his style of writing is the lack of formalities. No capitalization of first words, rare use of punctuation, and still the poems had their flow.
He is good at creating imageries and his poems cuts through with “aha” moments.
I recommend ‘THROUGH THE WINDOW OF A SAND CASTLE’ because Amu Nnadi is one talented and skilled writer everyone needs to read.
